Are children invited to the wedding?
No, the wedding is a late evening, adult affair (with an open bar!). For your convenience, babysitting services will be provided at the hotel. Children are invited to the Welcome Reception on Thursday evening (6-9 p.m.—please bring them along if that's not past their bedtime!).
What's the deal with the snake?
Our Save-The-Dates are a play on Benjamin Franklin's famous "Join or Die" woodcut, which was the first American political cartoon, and later a symbol of the American Revolution. It appeared alongside an editorial and compelled the colonies to unite for the sake of common defense. Super romantic, am I right?!
